For defective or non-conforming goods, you may seek repair, replacement, refund or other remedies under Philippine law. Email kubishop.2026@gmail.com with your order reference and the issue. For an applicable replacement or refund remedy, return of the goods is at no cost to the consumer, subject to law. Nothing in this guidance limits your statutory rights.
A change of mind alone does not create an automatic right to a refund. Ask us for any additional manufacturer warranty terms. Read the DTI guidance and Internet Transactions Act, section 20.
